Westleaf Staff: What's up, Rod? Thanks for joining us! When did you start making music?

Rod: I started producing back in 2010. I began to release music as an artist in 2020.

Westleaf Staff: That's dope! What city do you represent?

Rod: Chicago and Nashville.

Westleaf Staff: Shout out to Chicago and Nashville. So how did you create your stage name?

Rod: It's my name and my birthday.

Westleaf Staff: That's dope and unique. So how did your early life shape your interest in music?

Rod: I would just listen to music early in life. I never thought about becoming an artist.

Westleaf Staff: Cool! That's dope. So who is your biggest Musical influence?

Rod: As I travel around the nation, life has become my biggest musical influence. I take it upon myself to get out and see what the world has to offer. In return, life helps me create music through its lens.

Westleaf Staff: Dope! I feel that. What's been the defining moment in your music career thus far?

Rod: Watching my growth on Spotify and Soundcloud. People are starting to pay attention to my music.

Westleaf Staff: That's dope! Congrats on your accomplishments. So what makes you a unique artist?

Rod: I can produce music of any genre once I study the genre with fine detail. Then, I like to tell stories over the production.

Westleaf Staff: Dope! So what does art mean to you?

Rod: Art simply means using little details to create a full picture.

Westleaf Staff: That's deep! Where do you see your music career going over the next few years?

Rod: Competing with the best in the business.

Westleaf Staff: I wish you much success! Before we go, describe music in three words.

Rod: Creative. Unique Visionary.
