1 can of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons of tahini
1 tablespoon of cannabis infused olive oil
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of minced fresh Italian parsley
3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
assorted raw veggies or pita bread for dipping
In the bowl of a food processor combine garbanzo beans, tahini, hash, garlic, Italian parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach a consistency you like. Transfer to a serving bowl. If desired, make a small well in the center of the dip and pour in additional olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
