Cboi represents Kent, Ohio and his vibey-grity style paints a vivid picture of his urban life. The Kent artist has been on our radar for a while so we had to tap in with him! Westleaf Staff: What's up, C Boi? Your sound is dope. When did you start making music?
CBOIDASAUCEGOD: I started writing rhymes when I was 11 but I used to rap my favorite songs on the bus as a jit.
Westleaf Staff: That's dope! What city do you represent?
CBOIDASAUCEGOD: Kent, OHIO!!!!!!!!
Westleaf Staff: Shout out to Ohio. Y'all have alot of talent. So how did you create your stage name?
CBOIDASAUCEGOD: My friends made it up when i was a jit.
Westleaf Staff: I love that. I think it's dope that your name came from your friends. So how did your early life shape your interest in music?
CBOIDASAUCEGOD: My Mova used to play alot of rap and R&B when i was growing up plus jumping off the porch early really helped me express myself in my music.
Westleaf Staff: That's a heartfelt and inspiring introduction to music. So who is your biggest Musical influence?
CBOIDASAUCEGOD: Kanye West honestly.
Westleaf Staff: Dope! Ye is a legend What's been the defining moment in your music career thus far?
CBOIDASAUCEGOD: My first album "Day On Mountains Edge" it really made me feel accomplished.
Westleaf Staff: So cool! Salute for dropping that album. So what makes you a unique artist?
CBOIDASAUCEGOD: I don't put my self in a box i literally make music that i feel.

CBOIDASAUCEGOD: Expression of one's self.

CBOIDASAUCEGOD: As far as the fans take me.
